Yuutaku is a local specialty restaurant produced by BOTEJYU® Group using low-temperature aged Tokachi pork from the Yutaku Meat Shop in Tokachi, Hokkaido. Our flagship restaurants include the “Tokachi Butadon Restaurant” in Shinjuku, which mainly offers Tokachi pork rice bowls, and the “Tokachi Pork Grill” in Ikebukuro, which offers pork cutlet, pork rice bowls and steamed pork using low temperature aged Tokachi pork. We hope to introduce a variety of local gourmet specialties from all over Japan.
Yutaku Meat Shop offers pork from specially selected pigs that are raised in one of Hokkaido’s leading pork production territory, the magnificent Tokachi Plains. The pork is carefully butchered in the shop and aged at low temperature, bringing out the umami flavor of the pork and making the meat tender. The popular grilled pork rice bowl served at the Shop uses thick pork slices, yet it is surprisingly tender that you can cut it with a chopstick, and rich in umami flavor. This restaurant is very popular in Tokachi, which is considered the mecca of pork cuisine.
